Hi, I'm Frederike.

I build AI products, a character world, and everything in between — from New York. This page is the index of what I do; the real things are one click away.

What I'm doing right now →

AI & NYC

NYC AI+ Newsletter → The AI Builder

I wrote a newsletter about AI events in New York. Now I've extended it to cover all my AI building and learning — as The AI Builder.

Coming soon: an article on the NYC AI communities, events, and event hosts I love — it will live in my notes.

More soon.

Brain & AI The Cognitorium

The brain — helping better understand our brain and mind, how to work with it, and how to let go of it.

FIPAC

A questionnaire I developed based on a book on giftedness, and more books and readings I did during that time (2022+).

Madame Pendula

A questionnaire I developed to figure out if one is in alignment with oneself, or whether a function or emotion is spurring over everything else because it is showing off too extremely.

FastBrainer

A brain character with running shoes that thinks a bit too much, feels too much, runs around too much — and explores the world. Also part of the TIRIDA family.

AI Products

Amplicast product preview

Amplicast

A content creation & publishing tool for GTM teams and creators.

Goes live when Facebook finishes its app review and I've done some hardening. If you want a demo, check out the landing page.

Pinpulse product preview

Pinpulse

A tool to do a GEO audit and check your brand's visibility in AI answers. I built the first prototype, let it rest, built a second one at a hackathon here in New York, and now built a short free audit. Still not wired, but soon. If you have questions, check out pinpulse.io or write me — I can give you an audit for free.

The Brand Hub admin — command and control over the whole brand family

The Brand Hub working title

The biggest and most complex of the products I'm currently building (check out my NOW page). A brand command-and-control hub that lets users seed new brands — for real, or for A/B testing — and talk to their agent to seed, monitor, and update the connected tools automatically: website, content management system, website content creator, meeting-booking tool, newsletter writer, Amplicast for social publishing, an enriched CRM with an outreach agent, and an event tracker for the website, forms, and newsletter signups. A GTM system in a box. All my brands and projects run — or will soon run — via that system.

Demos on request. Not yet publicly available.

Creative AI

TIRIDA character art

TIRIDA Character World

I've been building a character world since I fell in love with my own sketches — and later with the ability to put them into 3D with AI. Check out the ever-growing cast at tirida.world. A shop and talk-to-your-characters apps are in progress for the future.

TIRIDA Creative Asset Pipeline

I built the production pipeline from 2D sketched character to 3D character with personality — marketing assets, publishing automation, and automatic video creation. DM me if you're interested in seeing it live.

Whisk Studio 2.0

A re-creation of Google's Whisk Studio after they shut it down in spring/summer 2026. I used it heavily, so I rebuilt it — it now produces images for me and acts as the frontend for my TIRIDA character asset pipeline.

AI Research & Learning

Better understanding AI and the brain — how memory and context work, working memory, database memory, and how to make AI agents more effective.

Learning how to build an LLM from scratch — diving deep into the details and the mathematics to sharpen my knowledge of AI and its foundations, applicable across many other domains.

AI Education

I occasionally give AI trainings and workshops — some for the general public, some for companies and teams. So far, you'll find most of my training work via my content on YouTube & LinkedIn.

Poetry, Writing & Books

Poetry

I love writing poetry — mostly in German, occasionally in English. I published a poetry book at the end of 2022 (edition 1 was a small print run for friends and family; edition 2 will be publicly available, and my poetry website v2 goes live soon for poems on the go).

Writing

I write all forms of content — take it off the web, re-write it. At some point I may publish a book out of those articles and stories; so far they're lost in translation. You can read my current articles in the notes section.

The Customer Success book

I wrote a Customer Success book, available via Amazon. The grammar is bad and it needs a new edition — but the content and exercises are as valid as when I wrote it (2024).

Building (pre- and early-AI · 2023–2024)

  • Built an account-management tool (pre-AI) for better segmentation and strategy (DM me; article later)
  • Helped enterprises crowd-innovate and pick the best design and functional ideas
  • Built various websites with non-AI tools like Framer, WordPress, and Canva

Building (AI-era · 2025–now)

  • Created an AI-learner social mobile app
  • Built a Customer Hub application for teams to track customer work, metrics, and joint success plans (DM me if interested)
  • Created AI audio files for fun and challenging workouts in the park
  • Built two small IndexedDB apps that run on my phone — one for tasks, one for notes (DM me and I'll send you the code bases)
  • Built a LinkedIn helper that saves companies, messages, and people — plus my own notes — to my CRM
  • Built a Chrome extension that automatically scans events and participants for automated CRM input and enrichment
  • Built a meeting-booking tool that fetches content from various sources to create meeting events & bookings automatically (now part of the Brand Hub)
  • Created a chat-based personal LinkedIn CRM with GraphRAG and self-trained models, including a classification model
  • Built an autonomous email agent that reads my emails, segments them, and sends me a weekly email with the key ones
  • Extracted 17k contacts from my emails, phone contacts, and more as the base for my personal CRM
  • Built an event tracker that tracks website events (now part of the Brand Hub)
  • Built a content management system with content catchers (URLs, content JSONs, code bases), content agents that write content and create assets automatically, and content connectors to various brand sites (now part of the Brand Hub)
  • Built a newsletter tool that runs more than one newsletter at the same time, with automatically connected double-opt-in signup forms (now part of the Brand Hub)
  • Built an automatic AI resume writer that includes fact-based details and regularly searches for roles that may be a fit
  • Built an automated video production process for TIRIDA's characters with specific lip-syncing, sound, and voice-cloning models
  • Built an investment manager that researches investments for me, connects to Yahoo, and has gateways to IBKR and Alpaca — not yet connected, because I don't trust my code enough yet
  • Built myself a tax and financial planning tool — and realized the importance of clean data, so I moved it off AI for now (Gemini in Excel instead of Claude Code)

AI Experiments

  • Tested a paper's claim that embedding vectors can be translated between model vector spaces — that a simple linear transformation can take an embedding from one AI model's space to another. Worked in small, but not fully: the difference in meaning was too significant at the scale I was running it.
  • Worked on a database where agent memory is organized at the database level by rules and meaning instead of frequency. Still ongoing — and I'm not sure it really moves the needle; on hold, since at my current level of knowledge it doesn't add value over what's on the market right now.

People & community

  • Built an AI community and scaled it to 1,000+ members within 5 months — weekly newsletter plus IRL events
  • Brought investors, founders, and operators together at startup conferences and acted as the glue between them
  • Led a Toastmasters public-speaking club, supervised members, and organized club trainings and speech contests
  • Organized HR & talent workshops
  • Headhunted for my own team and others, managing the full recruiting lifecycle from job ad to salary negotiation and onboarding
  • Advised companies on recruiting strategy

Ever-learning

  • At some point in the Top 5% of learners at LinkedIn Learning within a year :D
  • Attended 250+ AI, tech, and GTM events in New York in the last 2 years
