I spent ~15 years in Enterprise Customer Success & Sales at LinkedIn, Miro, and Seismic — leading global client programs in sales enablement and digital transformation for teams at Nestlé, Merck, Credit Suisse, Bosch, and Bayer, and training hundreds of CS and sales professionals along the way.
Then I taught myself full-stack development and started building real applications and platforms with AI. And I got stuck — the model not doing what I asked, the app crashing for no obvious reason, the 'why isn't this working?!' moments were numerous. With every stuck moment, I figured out how to get unstuck. Now I teach other people to do the same and navigate them through the jungle of AI.
