frederikefalke.com is a personal writing site by Frederike Falke. By visiting or subscribing, you agree to a few simple things:
1. The content
The essays, notes, and articles here are Frederike's own. They reflect her opinions at the moment of writing — not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, technical, or otherwise). Read accordingly.
You may quote with attribution. You may not republish full pieces without written permission. Translations into other languages are welcome with permission.
2. The newsletter
Subscribing means you'll get occasional emails. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email. No tricks.
3. The site
Best-effort uptime — but it's a personal site, not infrastructure. If it's down, it'll come back.
No warranties, no liability for losses arising from use of the content or the site. If you build a business on something I wrote and it fails, that's on you, not on me.
4. Your interactions
If you write to me, I'll read it and may reply. I keep correspondence private unless we agree otherwise.
If you submit a form (contact, etc.), I'll use your message only to respond. Standard privacy practices in Privacy Policy.
5. Changes
I may revise these terms. Material changes get announced; small wording fixes happen silently. The "Last updated" date above tracks the most recent version.
6. Jurisdiction
Berlin, Germany. EU law applies. If something serious goes wrong and we can't sort it out by talking, German courts have jurisdiction.
